The little flash of Indian summer called for a bright summery raspberry mixed ferment. Lovely sharp, dry refreshing funkiness

Can from HoTM. It pours hazy bright yellow with a frothy white head. The aroma is sweet and estery, foamy banana candy, banana split, poached pear, white grape, nougat, gooseberry fool and spice. The taste is crisp, dry, some bitterness, fragrant, peppery spice, bitter citrus, melon, white grape, gooseberry, greengage, sweet banana, banana split and ever so slightly soapy towards the finish. Lighter end of medium bodied and moderate, foamy carbonation. Not sure this quite sits together harmoniously. Fine enough anyhow.

Helles hazey unfined. Modern Jelles not a Bavarian clean malt profile. Juicy rexture. Kiwi hops. NZ Hallertau I would guess. Nice and clean and perfect for the summer.

Can. Craft and Berry, Sheffield. Hazy straw colour. Fairly thick, just off white foam. Nose has a decent hit of Nelson, and lots of bready, yeasty notes. Taste is light dry and light bitter. Some yeasty sweetness. Light body. Foamy carbonation. Short finish. Ok.

Bottle. Craft and Berry, Sheffield. Dusky pink. Fine white head stays the course. Nose has raspberry jelly cubes. Vanilla ice cream. Soft funk. Taste is dry and light bitter. Watery on the palate. Finish is short and dry. Smells great, but trails off significantly afterwards.
