Can at home from HOTM online, 03/11/20. Very moderate haze on a golden amber pour with a decent light egg shell white covering that retains well. Nose is pale and bready malts, fruit slice, grains, cereals, light nana. Taste comprises dusty fruits, light caramel, raisins, brown bread, light sugars, slight bitter edge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok marzen but not quite singing to me .... just a little too much tang and bitterness.

500ml can as part of a delivery from Ghost Whale, Brixton. It is really pale, bright yellow and slightly hazy with a foamy white head. The aroma is light, grain and lemon with a bit of bready Belgian yeast. Sweet taste with a spicy/savoury note, some soap, a hint of banana. Long finish as an added layer of sharp bitterness. Not much in the body, but it's heavily carbonated. A decent drink.
