Cask @ Cremorne, Sheffield. Golden with a thin head. Crisp, slightly dry, with a mild pale ale texture. It has some fruit, but not much. Possibly sessionable with a slightly sugary nose.

Cask @ The Three Fishes, Shrewsbury. Pours gold, white head. Aroma veers towards the lemon-end of floral, continuing to taste. Smooth and light with a lower-than-usual bitterness making for a rather moreish half pint. Good Pictish.

Cask, handpump, The Crown Inn, Stockport, Greater Manchester in the company of Lynn and Barry, Saturday 18th February 2017 Btw I meant to put 4.2% down as the abv not 4.0%. Pours golden in colour with a mid sized white head. A little clingy sweetness, fruity, late bitterness, dry, first Pictish beer for some time, as ever itโs a nice beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Cask @ Brink, Manchester. Golden with a small head. Lightly spiced ale, but nothing too intrusive into what is a sessionable texture. Has a small metallic nose.
