Cask @ The Three Fishes, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma is light citrus, pale malts. Taste presents a soft simcoe grapefruit bite with a light bitterness. Ok.

29th Oct 2016: cask half-pint in the Station Hotel, Oakengates. Clean golden body, white topping. Hop centric with a slight citrus leaning: not unlike so many golden citrus flavoured brews dominating the UK beer scene at the moment.

Huddersfield Oktoberfest 2016. Clear golden coloured ale. Has an acute sugary-metallic nose, with a more general bitterness in taste.

Half pint, hand pulled cask ale at Wellington, shared with Finn. Crocheted lacing from a stable filmy layer. Bright golden body. Moderate aroma of mid-sweet malts and dried fruits. Jam-like flavours of peaches, dried fruits and mild malty sweetness. Rounded bitter tail. Medium bodied. Drinks very well (Birmingham 21.09.2016).
