Bottle from Sainsbury’s, Plymouth. 2015 Vintage. Deeper golden coloured cider. Its strength is not overly evident although its potent apple isn’t quite as stated in its taste, but it’s still flavoursome all the same.

Bottle at home, 27/08/16. Golden copper with a decent off White head that soon passes. Nose is straw, apple pie, light caramel, smoke. Taste comprises apple orchard, straw, grains, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok cider ... not too sweet.

Bottle at home, 21/08/16. Murky orange with a decent off white head of bubbles that retains well for a cider. Nose is earthy apple skins, straw, light spice, orchard fruits. Taste comprises grain, apple peel, straw, earthy. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok.

Bottle at home, 23/07/16. Orange copper pour with a decent head of white bubbles. Nose is apple orchard, dusty straw, toffee apple. Taste comprises apple pulp, light smoke, earthy strokes, toasted brown sugar dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok cider ... decent bitter sweet balance.

Pint can at Lulu’s Pizza. Initial pour has bubbly head, which fades fast, clear golden body with lazy carbonation. Aroma seems more apples than pears, as does taste. A bit more pear flavor comes in late, finishes clean. Summer quencher.

500ml bottle. Pours hazy lemon with medium carbonation. Like lemon squash. Aroma is sweet. R Whites lemonade and a little pear. Taste is cloudy lemonade throughout with some pear on the aftertaste. One for getting pissed up on.
