330ml bottle - brought in to great fanfare, a bit of a damp squib though. A weird aftertaste.

Bottle @ home. The recent Newcastle products that have shown up over the past year have been horrendous, so not sure why I purchased this. I guess I’m a sucker and a ticker. Transparent, dark orange appearance with a cream colored head. Fruity, toffee, caramel, grassy aroma. Citrusy, bitter toffee, burnt sugar, weird fruity flavor. Not horrendous like some of the other Newcastle offerings, but it definitely is worth scrolling past.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. The aroma is light fruity hops and dusty malts. A sweet grassy flavor with mellow sweet malts, some light yeast. Drinkable and good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Rotem’s place. Thanks zvikar. Clear deep golden-amber. Aroma of a bit of malt, a bit of acetone and a bit of caramel. Flavor has a bit of malt sweetness and bitterness, slightly earthy with something weird and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied.

bottle - This beer has a small white head and a toasted caramel malt aroma. The flavor is similar with the caramel and a lightly toasted character. It’s light bodied and sweet. Average to mediocre.

12 oz bottle. Clear honey color, thin white head. Smells like a cheap lager with English like hops. Flavors of caramel malt, mineral water and indistinct hop bitterness. Simple and straight forward. Don’t expect much because not much is going on. I guess in a standard restaurant or average, lame bar it would be ok.

Pour is a ice tea looking brown with a small white head. Aroma is sweet grain and the flavor is about the same. Some grainy sweet malt is all im getting from this. Not a very flavorful beer even for this style.
