Bottle@The Flying Horse, Gatwick Airport (08/09/2015) - pours a fuzzy amber colour with white head. Medium sweet tropical and citrus fruity and malty aroma and taste, some caramel, grapefruit and peach, pine needles, hoppy bitter finish, not bad.

330ml can: BBD 26th Feb 16, poured into a Chimay chalice at home on 19th Jun 15. Really liked it. Amber to copper body with a full white crown from a vigorous pour. Hops front and centre, malts giving a heavy backbone: fruity, bitter and tasty. Not as bitter or hop forward as a lot of the US West Coast big hitters but a very good beer in a similar style.

330ml bottle: badged as Crafty Dan Lil’ Bewdy. Poured (one and a half times) into an old Home Ales half-pint countryman’s glass tankard at home on 16th June 2015. Dog, walked, lawns mown, diner prepared: and relax. Pale golden pour, thinning white top from the off. Mild floral hop nose, more prominent in the taste where subtle more fruity flavours vie for attention and favour. It’s sunny and blustery, the patio doors are open, but like this beer, can’t get to excited about the weather, it’s half decent.

Bottle from Tesco; clear golden amber pour with a frothy white head, aroma marmalade and some pale malts, taste has tangerine, some caramel, some fruits, bitter finish, serviceable.

Bottle, 3.9%. No aroma as far as I can tell. Clear shiny dark chestnut colour. Small frothy off-white head. The flavour is watery with a hint of sweet liquorice. Fruity and watery finish. Tastes all right, but is very thin, even considering its ABV.

330ml bottle as Crafty Dan’s Lil’ Bewdy. Clear golden amber colour, white foam head with alittle lacing and nose of biscuity malt & fruity citrus hops. Flavour is similar, biscuity malt with tangy citrus hoppy bitterness. Light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite OK.

Color moscatel. Espuma escasa. Aroma muy fuerte. Cítrico, pomelo, naranja... Mantiene en boca, con predominante presencia en boca donde aparece la uva, que se mantiene hasta el postgusto. El predominio aromático lo compensa cierto tono acaramelado... escondido porque estamos ante una pale ale más cercana a estilos APA (o incluso IPA) americanos. En cualquier caso, bien rica.

Oscura, casi negra. Dos dedos de espuma ocre. Muy cremosa. Y que permanece hasta el final. Excelente aroma. Potente muy lupulado, frutal, uva. Rica rica en boca, equilibrada manteniendo rico tono frutal con base de malta, café y algo de tabaco. Superbebible. Superagradable Absolutamente recomendable.
