Can from Eltham Wines. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is smoke, dark chocolate, coffee, raisin. Taste is chocolate raisin, lots of smoke, coffee, dark chocolate. Sweet smoky finish. Very tasty brew.

Can from Eltham Wines. Nose is orange Starburst, mango, peach,pineapple. Taste is zesty orange, apricot jam, pineapple, white grape, mango. Good mix of sweet fruit and bitter hops in the close.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Appearance - pale yellow with steady carbonation. Nose - very fresh and lightly sweet apples. Taste - the fresh apples are quite luscious. Palate - light bodied, steady carbonation and a nice, dry, tangy finish. Overall - nice.

Can from the brewery online shop. Appearance - cloudy golden with a big fluffy white head. Nose - mango, orange and fresh sweat. Taste - dank, fresh sweat, mango and orange. Palate - close to medium body, booze well disguised. Good linger and just enough bitterness. Overall - very nice.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is smoky, biscuity, toffee, cocoa powder, taste is similar, sweet.

Can from the brewery online shop. Appearance - black and opaque with a tan head. Nose - woodsmoke, dark chocolate and an edge of coffee. Taste - dark chocolate again, a hint of molasses, then coffee and roastiness again. Backdrop of woodsmoke again. Palate - medium bodied, roasty middle and the finish is balanced with the smokiness. Overall - lovely beer.
