Description
Fearlessly tasteful beers crafted on the fringes of the High Peak in the Peak District. A small 8 BBL brewery based in the Hope Valley, Derbyshire. Twisting traditions by brewing modern takes on traditional recipes. Never bland or forgettable, we love hops, we love malt & we love yeast. Beer wants to be made and shared.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a clear medium amber with a bubbly broken white head. The aroma is citrus malt, light vanilla. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a weak, light, slightly watery woody hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

4.7 Cask at the magnet Stockport... Golden glowing amber.. Thin white lacing.. Soft yeast bready fruits nose... Juicy fruits.. Apricot and bready fruits.. Soft salty fruits linger

4.8 Cask at the bow bar. Pours clear dark brown, red chinks, thin beige head. Aromas of dark chocolate, light roast. Taste is more chocolate, roasted bitterness. Light sweet finish, creamy texture to match, thin on the finish though.
