Vincent Works, Stretfield Roads, Brough, Hope Valley, S33 9HG, England
Description
Fearlessly tasteful beers crafted on the fringes of the High Peak in the Peak District. A small 8 BBL brewery based in the Hope Valley, Derbyshire. Twisting traditions by brewing modern takes on traditional recipes. Never bland or forgettable, we love hops, we love malt & we love yeast. Beer wants to be made and shared.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Rather a lovely amber brown beer with persistent but soft hops with some lime flavour and drying finish. Good condition.

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Paler golden coloured. It’s a crisp ale, so much so it negates the character of what is a generally hoppy ale.

Handpull cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Dark golden and clear. It's got a thin loose white head. Sweet orange peel aroma with some pineapple and tropical fruit aromas. Tastes sweeter than most hoppy pale ales, but there's an intense concentration of bitter hop oils on the tongue in the finish and aftertaste. The tiniest bit rough for my taste, but no denying it's a good beer.

Cask @ Pie & Ale, Manchester. Blonde with a head. It is a smooth tasting hoppy ale with a hint of fruit. Its strength does not impact too much on the ale.
