Rich dark Brown colour and a soft tan head. Nose has hints of sweet fruit, vanilla, bourbon, malt and very distant chocolate. The taste is well blended with elements of subdued bourbon, caramel and slightly roasted malt, balance by some earthy hop bitterness and stout-like creaminess. Subtle and drinkable for the high ADV count.

orange/amber hue with a significant soft white head. The nose is fresh grapefruit with roasted bready malt. The taste is dominated by the same elements, red grapefruit in the foreground supported by sweet and bready roasted malt. The grapefruit hoppiness is complimented by floral notes from the NZ varieties and an earthier bitterness in the aftertaste. Noteworthy hops well balanced by an alcohol boosted underlying richness. One of several strong offerings from Brasserie Dunham.

Pours a clean, mid-golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some nice foamy lacing. Some good spicy maltiness with a little sweetness, and herbal notes. The mouthfeel is mid-bodied with some nice building dryness in the end. Cereal grain malts in the flavours with the spiciness and fresh herbal-grassy hops. Another great Pilsner from this brewery.

Shared can at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. Fairly pale brown colour. Pleasant nutty aroma and flavour, with unusual but nice notes of mild coffee. Well balanced, enjoyable.

Fairly clean, bright-light golden colour with a foamy-frothy white head, good stay and leaving some sticky, soapy-foamy lacing. Some nice Saaz hops in the aromas giving that spicy Pils nose with a herbal touch, over the mild malts. The maltiness shows a bit more in the flavours with the herbs, grassy and spicy hops that still shine. A nice, crisp mouthfeel with just enough bite and light dryness. Quite a good Pilsner-style brew with very nice drinkability.

A very light haze, golden colour with a smaller white head, decent stay and some light foamy lacing spots. Definitely not your typical Witbier aromas. Has the citrus notes, orange peel, but with some deeper grassiness, apples, light pears and a touch of spices. The lemongrass comes a little cleaner in the taste, balancing things a bit more, with the citrus zest. Some decent mild bitter-zesty, light drying the end. Almost like kumquats in the nose?? An interesting, different Witbier with lots going on - but not in my fave.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice rustic saison yeast character, crisp apple skins, and a touch of wood. Flavour has a nice combo of rustic saison yeast character, crisp apple skins, and light woodiness. Cohesive and relatively complex. Very good.
