500ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma: sweet wheat, some barrel (not particularly bourbon, though), moderately sweet. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: ok, not a huge fun of the wheat wines.

Bottle. Pale brownish-amber with slight haze. The aroma is caramel, some bourbon, seems like some chewier brown sugar notes. Soft sugars, a bit of heat, fruitier bourbon leaning towards headsy bourbon.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out caramel malts, some toffee, thin bready malt, and some bourbon barrels. Flavour is full of a nicely rich bourbon barrels upfront, with a big caramel and toffee malt backbone, and a touch of brown sugar. Lots of nice tasty, sticky maltiness and great bourbon character. Excellent.

Black, large tan head. Lightly sweet vanilla nose, more prominent in palate. Very light roast character. More of a sweet rather than dry stout

473 ml can. Pours black with moderate dark tan head. Aromas of dusty dark chocolate, fruity rum, molasses, vanilla, and rich roasted malts. Rich flavors follow same but the rum barrel is nicely balanced and not overwhelming. Excellent.
