Pinkish-red colour. Mellow cherry aroma. The cherry lends sweetness and complexity to the acetic base beer.

Dull, hazy, acetic, and woody. It's not bad, but it's definitely harsh to take on its own.

Dull and hazy. Light fruit. Mellow tartness. I don't think the brett took much yet, as it's just not screaming brett IPA.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear copper orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak, funky brett, and earthy hops. Flavour is full of funky brett, oak, and earthy hops. Funky and hoppy in good cohesion. Pleasant stuff.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy dark pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart cherries, wild yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of tart cherries, tons of acidity, oak, and brett. A bit harsh and lacking cohesion but not too bad. Decent.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, oak, and intense bugginess. Flavour is acetic and buggy, with intense wild yeast, tart stone fruits, acetic notes, and oak. Buggy and fruity but not the most cohesive. Pleasant.

473mL can, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy hops, biscuity malt, and light spiciness. Flavour is bright, with lots of grassy hops, crisp crackery malt, and some herbal notes. A bit too herbal and not spicy enough but has a good brightness and crispness. Very good.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Pale blond colour, cloudy, with compact head. Strange smell, some sulfur, bio matter, light touch of floral hops. The mouthfeel is very dry; a bit chalky; the bitterness is correct, there are piney resins, traces of menthol; maybe cat piss; mild pith.
Drinkable, but shockingly different from any Cold IPA I can remember; did they just cold-ferment a Hazy?
