Description

Lichte body. Smaak blijft nog even hangen. Geen bitterheid.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark mahogany with moderate head. Aromas of stewed fruit, caramel, dull orange peel and dusty malts. Flavors of dried apricots, orange marmalade, a bit of chocolate cake and toasted malts. Unique. Very good.

Near clear amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. A smooth light malt base, a mild creamy sweetness, pleasant caramel and toffee that are flavoursome but thankfully, don't advance the sweetness beyond it already pleasant level. Lovely ripe white wine vibes, whisper of white port. The brandy barrel is the topping on an already bloody good cake. Fruity rich brandy goodness but, not at all heavy. Vanilla oak obvious on the back end along with a touch of quad like fruity esters. Tastes like Calvados in here as well, it ain't but, it tastes like it. Smooth light finish. Super duper brew. Pretty sure I have never tastes anything like this before and it drinks bloody easy.

Hazy yellow colour, vanishing head. Light fruity orange aroma. Light-bodied. Some orange fruityness, pale malts, notes of yeast and citrus. It tastes a bit like some kind of juice box. Meh.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 17/12/2025.
Clear golden blonde topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is straw, grains, dull fruit esters, herb, hedgerow, cereals, light white grape.
Taste comprises light yeast, straw, grains, herb, fruit esters.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay but doesn't really deliver any great flavour profile ABV conisdered.

A very mild haze on this paleish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a mild dryness, good superfine minerally carbonation. Smooth and light pale malts, a light creamyness, pretty sweet, works here. Some estery things in the mid, touch of banana. The champagne yeast does its thing and brings a light but pleasing apple - pear vibe, emphasis on the pear. Mellow citrus on the back end, it's really an apologetic tertiary characteristic here and, that is just fine. This, to me, is like a superior stronger Belgian Blonde, the special yeast just takes it to the next level. Light and very drinkable and, after warming up a bit, showing some mild dried fruit and stone fruit character. Well brewed and dangerously drinkable.
