Good head, lightly yellowish, over deeper golden beer with not much visible carbonation. Mineral, spicy, herbs; hints at lactic acid. Sourish, lactic acid, and almost really salty. Aftertaste has more spice. Low carbonation, quite slick. Quite convincing as Gose, but it needs a bit more beef and some body.

Bottle from De Bierverteller, Utrecht. Aroma is spicy rye, grainy malt, bread, touch of caramel and a hint of orange. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Body is medium. Nice grainy malts, spicy rye, I wish more brewers bothered to make beers with a multigrain focus like this one.
