Description
After a great reception from his hobby as an enthusiastic amateur brewer, Toby Mackenzie and his wife Caroline decided to expand and go full time establishing the award winning Red Willow brewery in 2010. Their aim was to make the types of beer that they like - full of flavour yet easy to drink. Red Willow now offer a range of beers that can be found in many local pubs and shops in cask

Sunderland's main road bridge across the Wear is like a mini version of the Tyne Bridge in Newcastle to the outsider! Probably not to a Mackem though! This is a session strength and texture ale. Good tropical fruit in both aroma and taste, verging on watery but isn't.

Beer Number 2 at the Wigan Beer Festival 2025. Hoppy tropical-fruit balanced brew - there's a bit of both in taste.

"Good Moaning" wasn't written as a catchphrase in Allo Allo, it just developed into one. 'Good brewing' here, this is a very traditional porter taste with a hint of sweetness about it.
