Description
After a great reception from his hobby as an enthusiastic amateur brewer, Toby Mackenzie and his wife Caroline decided to expand and go full time establishing the award winning Red Willow brewery in 2010. Their aim was to make the types of beer that they like - full of flavour yet easy to drink. Red Willow now offer a range of beers that can be found in many local pubs and shops in cask

Trevlig

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, pale malts. Taste is very juicy and fruity, pineapple and grapefruit, pale malt base, light herbal and tangy citric finish. Light-medium bodied. Nice enough pale, my first beer from RedWillow in almost 5 years. Can't help but compare to Deya's own pales where this one just seems a bit lacking? Not bad at all, but, probably forgettable.

Cask at The Hole In The Wall, Brighton. Earthy bitter citrus nose. Similar action in the taste, quite nutty. Lot of earthy bitterness coming through in the back end.
