Cask at the Euston Tap - London. Pours clear gold with a fine, bubbly-foamy white head. Nose holds lots of dried grapefruit, mango and orange. Light to medium sweet flavor with more orange and grapefruit, some mild tropical fruits, lightly sugary pale malts, white bread, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly dry to finish, some straw and hay, dry pale malts, bits of orange and lemon. Very tasty stuff. Well balanced.

Keg at the Euston Tap - London. Pours hazy gold with a fine, creamy white head. Nose holds some fine white bread pale malts, a bit of orange and lemon. Light to medium sweet flavor, some lightly tangy citrus fruits, tangerine, white bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweetfinish with mild rindy rindy citrus bitterness, some tangerine tang, lemon. Nice little pale ale.

Black pint with a decent foamy head. Aroma is dark chocolate and a hint of malt.Livelier on the tongue than I expected and the taste is less sweet than I imagined. It doesn’t have as much body as you’d expect of a stout and the flavour isn’t as sweet as I anticipated, it’s surprisingly dry. Not at all what I thought it would be and possibly better for it. It’s not my favourite of this style but it’s quite drinkable all the same.

Craft Islington. Opaque dark red - brown beer. Residual tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry. No carbonation. Mild tangy dark malt, Whisper of dark fruits. Neutral finish. Lame!
