This last 6-pack sampler of these signature series are harder to finish. Seems like more essences, than real ingredients. Not sure why this one gives out lots of coconut at first. It does seem to calm down after a white, and the apples and crumble-biscuits do appear, with chocolate malts as base. Thankfully, the taste is not as rich, with a blend of cinnamon-apple notes. Some of the roasted malts in the background lingers a light burnt aspect to this. Clean, copper colour with amber highlights, a big soapy beige head, very long retention and thick foamy-soapy lacing. A fun series, but make sure let these breath before having to let the essences escape a little.

Brown colour with some ruby highlights. a big light-beige head that is on the creamy side with good stay and some lacing streaks and patches. Lots of vanilla in the aromas with the roasted malt base and some hints of coffee, chocolate, grassy hops. The taste takes a turn puts down the vanilla, showcasing the burnt barley and coffee notes. Getting a little tart on the tongue from the espresso. Something in the finish is kind of off, fighting between some sweetness and the hops to cut this. Still drinkable, but not doing much for me. Seems to fall apart as it breathes.

Pours a clean brown colour with caramel-ruby highlights. The head is creamy, light beige coloured, good stay and some nice streaky lacing. Lots of vanilla-caramel aromas at first, but after breathing, it blends with the rest. Bailey's candied nose with the chocolate, vanilla and slight coffee notes. The taste thankfully is not as sweet, nor rich as the smell gives out to be. Roasted malt base with milder vanilla, chocolate, caramel and some hops that cut, adds dryness in the end. Some hints of coffee lingers. An interesting Irish Cream Stout, but a little too artificial overall.

Part of their 6-pack Premium Summer Collection (2022). Unfiltered lightly with particles, haziness with a big white frothy head, good retention and some thick foamy lacing. Tropical fruit essences in the nose with eventually, the hops blending in with the citrus grassiness. The mouthfeel is wet with some building light dryness. The taste shows citrus, tropical fruits notes and hints of vanilla. Seems like one that once the essences breath out, becomes closer to the hazy juicy IPA expected.

Part of their 6-pack Premium Summer Collection (2022). Slightly hazed amber-red colour with a big frothy white-pinkish head, good stay and some decent soapy lacing. Black currant aromas at first, with the sweet-fruity pomegranate berry notes coming through and taking over. This one has the fruitiness linger, so not as much hops as the previous Tangerine Peach Wheat beer - which make this one a little better balanced. A nice refreshing Saison with pomegranate and mild black currant.

Part of their 6-pack Premium Summer Collection (2022). Slightly unfiltered with tiny particles, golden colour with a warm frothy cap that lasts quite a while and leaves lots of foamy lacing. Sweet nose with the wheat and peaches, so quite fruity. The mouthfeel is a tad on the thick side, but some decent hops cuts this quickly and dries up the finish, leaving some notes of grassiness. Even some bitterness lingers. A refreshing fruity beer with still a lot of hops, so a touch unbalanced between the sweetness and herbal notes.

Unfiltered lightly with particles, golden-amber, a big frothy warm cap, very long stay and leaving full foamy lacing. Big sweet maple syrup aromas at first, with some herbal notes coming out with time. Some nutty pecan hints. The sweetness does calm down after breathing, and the hops do cut the maple sweet touch with a light grassy hoppy dryness. The pecan mild tart lingers on the tongue, with some spices. An interesting nutty, maple, spicy old ale with decent hops to balance things out. Yet, a little all over the place.

473ml can shared with my wife. Pours a clear amber-red with a medium, fizzy, short lived, pale pink head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of apple juice, watermelon, raspberry, blueberry and faint grainy pale malt. Sweet fruity flavour of watermelon, apple juice, blackberry, raspberry and faint grainy pale malt in a sweet finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, but more juice than beer.

Pours a slight unfiltered peach-amber colour with a good creamy-frothy, off-white pinkish cap, decent stay and lacing patches. The nose is quite cherry-sweet, on the fake-side of candies. It does start smelling like dark cherries, a tad on the natural side, after a while. The taste flavours a candied as well, but not as sweet, blended with the fruitiness. A touch of sourness, but not much tart - at least not as expected. Nice to try, but not one I would have again.
