75cl bottle, shared with Soph in Eecke. Pours a deep lightly misty gold. Aroma has bright fleshy apple, skin, core the lot. Taste presents a typically sweet Doux character, exceptionally fruity, sweet, fleshy with apple core, skin and dusty orchard, Incredible clarity of flavours. Very good.

Bottle shared on the roof. Clear golden with some white head. Sweet red apples, light mossy, meally, apple peels, woody, and dry. Pretty good blend with some tart lemony overtones. Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with big bubbles. Light farmyard, dry and sweet apple, dry apple peel, light mineral, earthy pear. Under medium sweet and bitter. Light tart. Almost medium bodied.

Bottle from a supermarché, shared in an Airbnb in Normandy. Clear golden with some active lacing. Soft and sweet apple, some dry mealy peels, tannins. Quite dry for a doux. Sweet and moderate bitter with a very dry finish. Under medium body and soft fizzy carbonation.

0,75 flaske med champagnekork, og vi er i siste indre på en fin RBHD-kveld hos seremonimester Melberg: nesten helt klar gylden med flott skum. Superdelikat aroma og smak ed saftige røde epler, kanle, lær, aprikoser og sviskeplommer. Lekkert og elegant fra første til siste dråpe, og kveldens desidert beste cider.

Shared 750 ml corked & caged bottle, ABV 5%. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate carbonation. Lovely aroma of cider apples, hints of oak. Medium sweet flavour, apples galore, hints of oak again. Some tannins in the finish.
