Pours a clear blonde. Scent shows mild fruityness, very cider like in it's lightness, and intensity level. Taste is relatively dry. Some skins, medium-mild fruityness. Decent Perry, but not much more.

Dorée claire, col fin blanc.
Arôme est marqué par de belles notes de coing, rétro fin sucré avec une petite pointe âcre - fraîche, verger.
Palais est plaisant, frais, sparkly avec une petite touche un peu vin fruité - coing marqué le tout est assez sec sur la fin. Petite douceur latente. Intéressant de voir une version coing.

Bottle @Sam Beer (Rome). Dorata, limpida, brillante, schiuma bianca media evanescente. Al naso note di succo di pera, polpa di mela matura, bollicina dolce. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con chiusura abbastanza secca, lievemente acidula, lieve astringenza. Corpo leggero, carbonazione viva. Non male.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours clear brilliant gold, with no foam. Aroma is strangely reminiscent of geuze and lambik. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, balanced by a very moderate sourness. Final is average.

Can at a tasting. The hopping is cleanly present here, though both with citrusy fruity character and some awkwardish oxidated metallic off notes. Overall quite simple, drinkable though. Okay - good.
