750ml bottle from Scrattings. 2017 vintage. Deep golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity pear. Taste is tangy, fruity, pear, sweetish and sourish, with alittle acidity and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

375ml tall bottle from Scrattings. Golden amber colour, no head and aroma of concentrated apple, apple pie, pastry, caramel,. Taste is sweet, and tart, apple, apple pie, syrupy, caramel, fudge, with some spicy drying tannins. OIly mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, low carbonation, dry tannin with residual sweetness at the finish. Very sippable.

330ml can from Scrattings. Clear pale gold. Floral elderflower nose. Taste is noticeably sweet, prominent cascade with good citrus and floral hop notes, strong elderflower, green apple, fine carbonation. Sweet, sugary verging on artificial but i'm sure it's not. Overall ok.

Special 18 months BA version – regular spends 13 months in the barrel. Single Cask Whiskey. Draft @ Jordan. Color is approaching white wine golden. Nose is on the sweet cide with sugar nearing oak vanilla & sweeter apples. Taste is rather sweet in a pleasant way pronounced vanilla, sweeter oak, faint yoghurt, dash of candy, cookie, sweet apple, very pleasant.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, no head and aroma of vanilla, marzipan, sweet apple. Taste is sweetish, rum barrel, apple, woody, vanilla, oaky, mellow. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody vanilla finish. Quite drinkable.

Clear gold yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: oh wow, nice, bit soapy, very floral, lots of apple juice, bit funky, apple pie, some mango, interesting, good stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, lovely, lots of apple juice, fresh sour apples, very refreshing. Aftertaste: apple skin, dry apple juice, good, lovely, nice acidity, dry finish, lots and lots of apples. Good stuff!

Dorée claire, col blanc assez effervescent qui retombe rapidement.
Arôme est plaisant avec un fruité de pomme marqué mais relevé par les effluves de houblons. Fleuri rappelant les champs ( et aussi un hydromel) avec un léger fruité d'agrumes.
Palais est bien pétillant sans être trop haut, pommes pressées, pointe acerbe avec un ajout parfait du houblon qui développe un caractère fruité de pamplemousse et fleuri. Le tout est finement grinçant aux dents.
A redécouvrir fraîche pour voir l'impact du houblon qui ici

Pours clear blonde. Scent is very rich, complex fruityness by the quince. Very refined. Taste is full, dry, intense fruity ( quince, giving a very complex aroma that is enjoyable indeed ). Medium body, relatively high carbonation. Impressive stuff !

Pours clear pale blonde. Smell is instant hoppy indeed. funky, grassy cascade . Taste is full, intense funk, bit bitter perception. apples, with skins, as well as a grassy, mildly floral hop touch thats quite clear. Relatively dry. Nice hopped cider !
