Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pale yelllow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral with some pears and mild vanilla with some spiciness too. Flavour is pear, some sugary tones with mild herbs and some freshly cut pine. Fresh and nice perry.

On tap at The Tube, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Nose brings out gentle apple skins, a hint of farmhouse character and straw. Flavour is medium sweet, with gentle farmhouse funk, apple skins, and medium sweetness. Nothing overly special but it's made well enough.

Couleur pâle-cuivre, pas de col.
Arôme sur un bouquet marqué de pomme - raffiné avec une bonne fraicheur le tout relevé par l'apport du Bourbon - je ressens bien le côté barrique boisée, vanille et un léger côté pomme caramel.
Palais met bien en avant le caractère des pommes, le tout est très frais avec un léger sucre résiduel qui passe bien avec la balance du fût de Bourbon qui confère de fines notes vanillées et un caramel. Léger caractère acerbe des pommes mais contrebalancé par l'apport de la barrique.
