Tap @ random restaurant, Quebec. Nice head with good duration. Color is pink/amber. Aroma and taste are sweet wheat malt, raspberries and hops. Sweet berry finish.

Slightly cloudy copper sheet of head. Perfume, flowers, resin and sweet hay malt nose. Taste similar, sweet perfume, and roses hops, mild resin, over fairly sweet bready malt, bitter on the finish. That is a choice.

Can at the Doubletree Hotel, Montreal, QC, Canada. Pours red, transparent, with fine white foam, moderate. Aroma is malty, caramel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly bitter compared to malty sweetness. Final is average.

Can that pours a dark brown colour with caramel-copper hazy highlights. The head is bubbly, fizzy, lightly beige but with a little more stay than expected. Decent wet-foam lacing patches. Interesting aromas with apples and pipe tobacco. The mouthfeel is wet and watery as the alcohol is low. The taste watered down with not much, but a roasted malt layer. Being a rye stout, I was expecting some spiciness, but no. Should of did a 5% version to see if the rye matched well with the stout side.

Can that pours a fairly clean, golden colour with a white frothy head, good stay and some creamy lacing. Cereal grain nose giving some sweetness, and the spicy Saaz hops comes to compliment with a herbal touch. Another good blend between the grainy malts and hops making this feel like a nice Pilsner. The mouthfeel is crisp with just a mild touch of dryness. A nice, refreshing Pils-like brew.
A hazed golden DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous hops, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. On tap at Chambly 2022.
