Old can found in the back of a store, PROD 26/04/22. Hazy amber colour with some golden highlights, a light beige head, decent stay and some nice lacing webbing left. You can smell the English Breakfast tea notes with the caramel malt base. Particles looking like spices floating all-around. Grassy hops do come out with time. The taste is mild with malts, but the hops do create a nice building dryness in the end. Leaf lingers, like the hop grassiness, tea leaves. Tart, tannins are left on the tongue. A pretty good bitter that would be nice to have on cask.

Good, lightly yellowish , dense and stable head over faintly veiled golden beer. Coriander, fake citrus, maybe bit of thyme, orangepeel. Coriander returning, citrus, dry herbs, dried lemonbalm. Light body, wheatslickness, medium to good carbonation. The umpteenth, hyper-classic wit, with not a whit of interest. Txs to Stef!

Beautifully hazed, golden colour with Champagne, tiny-bubble, vivid carbonation. The head is creamyish, white, very long lasting and some thick foamy lacing. Particles, looking like spices floating around. Very nice, fresh aromas of Bretts giving mild vinegar notes, some Saison citrus, Belgian yeast and some blended herbs. The taste is milder, but with Brett-earthiness, lemon zest and the finish is kind of clean, with decent light dryness. Quite drinkable, very nice smelling and here's to another 35 years... with these special beers.

(473ml can from Metro Cartier, bought for cooking chili) Pours clear pale amber with a big stable white head that fades slowly with spotty lace. Aroma of sweet cereals, corn, a little honey, bread, potpourri floral hops, a bit soapy. Flavour is lightly sweet cereals, corn, honey, some lightly toasted bread, lightly spicy hops, a bit floral, softly bitter, semi-dry finish for style. Light to medium body, slightly oily, moderate carbonation. Yeah it's okay, absolutely not my thing and wasn't bought to drink but the rest of the can left after cooking was drinkable.

Clean, golden-amber colour with nice tiny bubble carbonation, a big creamy-frothy warm-white head, good retention and loads of fluffy lacing. Big cereal grain aromas with a touch of honey. Maybe a little cilantro, lemon-grass, herbal notes. The taste is watery for the cereal grains, with a little more hop flavours, but not too crazy. Some dryness builds. Definitely a good looking beer, and might be enough hops to add taste to a watery lager.

Older can found in the back of a store - so we'll take that in consideration. Spicy ginger nose over a Witbier base with the oranges and hints of wax. This continues in the taste. Wish I could have tried a fresh version of this, as I do like ginger in beer, and citronella is interesting blended with it.

Lightly hazy, bright light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and lacing spots left. Lemon zest aromas with some decent grassiness, herbal notes and hints of oats. Medium bodied with some nice dryness in the finish, that keeps on building. Mild tart is left on the tongue. Orange juice taste with some lemon peel and a nice dry-hop blending well with the citrus. A nice smooth, juicy, citrusy, lightly dry-hopped IPA.

Unfiltered with tiny, transparent particles floating around, creating a light haziness. A big frothy white cap, very long lasting with fine bubble carbonation and nice web lacing. The aromas are soft with a touch of pineapple, vanilla and oats. The mouthfeel is fairly thin with a dry finish that makes it seems a little thicker. Again, the taste is not as strong - espacially as micros, but some green herbs, hoppiness comes out of it. Mild bitterness lingers in the background, feeling a bit like citrus zest. I am not a big fan of this style of IPA, but this one is easier to drink.

Slightly hazed, pink-amber colour with a white frothy head, a pinkish hue, average stay and some soapy streaks of lacing. Nice fresh aromas of raspberries with their seeds, hints of vanilla-tartiness. The taste is even a little milder, but still tastes natural and the tart-seeds lightly lingers. Gets a little hazier as it pours. Some decent mild sourness appears in the flavours, but does not stay long. A nice, lighter Witbier with the raspberry that might appeal to some looking for a refreshing summer, fruity beer.
