(Draught at Brussels Beer Project Dansaert, Brussels, 21 Oct 2023) Golden colour, hazy, with frothy white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, wheat, clove and hay. Malty, slightly fruity taste with hay, bread, clove, banana, orange and a gentle herbal bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Mellow and well balanced for its strength. On tap. Pours black with short foamy tan head. Aromas of vanilla, dark fruit, creamy coffee, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with a bit of cherry. Quite good.

Head gone in seconds; hazy ochre-ish golden beer, well carbonated. Wood, horseblanket, farmyard, unripe fruit, bananapeel, undergrowth, moss. Wet wood & lemon. Fruity esters, but all dry and dominated by the lambic. Floral, unripe fruit again, white grapes, chestnuts. Light body, refreshing. Not very carbonated. Acidburn and -thinning. Origins of the lambic? Whatever, it's great. Txs to Stef!
