750ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Yeasty funky and vinous fruity aroma, wheaty and pale malyt background, notes of white grapes, white wine, funk, some brett, white pepper, whiffs of floral honey. Taste is tart, tangy, mildly funky and slightly vinous fruity, slightly woody, tannic, hints of white grapes, white wine, some oak; lingering slightly astringent and dry finish.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively mild, fairly complex, nevertheless somehow a bit monotonous - not bad, but simply doesn't count to my most favourite styles.

18 December 2025. Christmas Beer Evening (at Stoumont) with the lovely Anke! Can from Geers.
A: clear yellow, stable, small, white head.
A: pineapple, melon, unripe peach, sherbet.
T: sweetish melon & peach, bitter citrus rind, sherbet.
F: bitter piney hops, grapefruit, unripe stone fruit.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Nothing extraordinary, just easy-going.

A classical pale ale, a perfect bottle to begin to rate beers or to enjoy a tapas time with your friends. This one is really dry, mineral, a bit soily, dry herbal side, dry hop, a bit short in the mouth, refreshing for this beautiful day, 20.05.21

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized, off-white head, which collapses within a few minutes leaving back only some sticky lacing; aroma of tangerine, coconut and some dill; taste of hoppy bitterness, intensive coconut, some orange juicy-tangerine-like and dill notes; not bad at all
