Small if stable white head over hazy golden beer. Horseblanket, solvent, leatherpolish, green apples. Sweet(er) apples, horseblanket, farmyard, bit of sparandrap. Again sweeter apples/cider in the finish. Very faintly sweet in any case; chamomile. Good carbonation, slight acidthinning and slight(er) acidburn. Very convincing. BBP has really become a lambicblender. Txs to Stef!

Bottle from Dranken Vandewoude and drunk with Nelson.some hazy dirty gold colour lasting white head. Lager yeast aroma. Some white pepper white flowet hop character in the mouth. Some bitterness. Reminds me of St Georgen brau pils. Bit less drinkable. Its fine. Good flavours. Good hops. Its a decent pils. Franconia style.

13/IX/25 - on tap @ BBP Wanderlust Beer Festival (Brussels), BB: n/a (2025-917) Thanks to Sara, Dalys, Bjorn and Laurence for sharing today’s beers!
Pretty cloudy yellow orange blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, tropical fruits, juicy, malty, some grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet and sugary start, some tropical fruits, mango, orange marmalade, some citrus, malty. Aftertaste: sweet and malty, caramel, tropical fruits, marmalade, a little zesty, ok but not great, too sweet for me.

Pretty cloudy bright orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of brett, clean lambic smell, oranges, orange peel, a bit oxidized, funky, earthy, wood notes. Not getting them tomatillos though… MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour start, not sure if it’s acidic from the tomatillos, or from old sour lambic? Very lemony, some vinegar, very dry, woody, tannins, earthy. Aftertaste: bitter finish, very acidic, earthy, dry, lemony, ok. Not getting them tomatillos though.
