Color amarillo claro, aromas lupulados, notas herbales, sabor lupulado notas a cereal cuerpo medio.

Bouteille 500 m. Olfactif plutôt fruité avec levures sauvages en appui. Agrumes, fruits jaunes, léger boisé. Mousse crémeuse et abondante sur liquide doré pale assez effervescent. Plutôt poivrée en attaque avec des fruits jaunes acidulés et levures sauvages évidentes. La chair des fruits lui donne une impression tannique et astringente. Corps moyen et effervescence assez vive. Correcte.

660ml bottle (thx, Alex L.!) at Matt's. Vintage 2016. Pours a hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malt with barrel and raspberry notes. Similar taste. Very nice and pleasant.

Hazy amber-brown. Thin head. Pulls a lot of cherry, bright, light wood. On the palate, this isn't as good, and ends up thin, a bit harsh. Still a decent amount of fruit. I wish it had followed through on the nice cherry.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh raspberries upfront, with light-to-moderate brett funk and a touch of balsamic. Flavour is more faded, with tart raspberries, light brett, and pithy fruit skins. Light balsamic, tart fruity, and brett.

Light brown, bubbly head, light sugary fruity nose. Again sugar, nice malts, light pear, good.

660ml bottle (thx, Alex L.!) shared with Jamey. Aroma is bretts and stone fruits. Similar taste with stone fruits, barrel, bretts and ascorbic note. Good one.
