Draft - Sweet cherry and some cognac barrel notes. Clear copper with a small head. Cherry, wood and some nice malts. Well balanced nice.

Olfactif: Accents de conifère; pin, sapin. Un peu de pamplemousse. Palette restreinte. Puissance discrète. Visuel: Blonde, dorée, à la mousse forcée d’épaisseur, de densité et de persistance moyenne. En bouche: Accents poivrés et notes de conifères intenses. Longue finale astringente et pâteuse. De légères notes de grains. Ça passe bien. Une bière de soif. Rafraichissante. Mais pour la complexité des arômes et saveurs, on repassera.

Bottle: Poured a clear orangey color ale with a nice large foamy head. Aroma of tropical fruits such as mango with light flora citrusy notes is pretty enjoyable. Taste is also a nice mix of floral hoppy notes with some citrusy and tropical fruit notes clearly identifiable. Body is about average for style with good amount of carbonation. Easy drinking with nice hops flavours and limited amount of bitterness.

En fût au Benelux Sherbrooke. Couleur jaune dorée trouble, mousse blanche fuyante laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de houblon résineux, agrumes. Goût d’agrumes, malt, légère acidité, levure, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.
