Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy lightish amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of spices and touches of honey. Sweetish flavour of malt and honey, with notes of hops and herbs and some funky touches. Acidic, estery and slightly salty aftertaste. A well-balanced and decent SHV Saison.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy but stable tan head. Clear aroma of roast, with notes of malt and touches of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with sweetish notes of malt and caramel and touches of dark chcocolate. Bitter, roasty aftertaste with hints of coffee and yeast. A well-balanced and quite enjoyable Stout.

Cask @ the brewpub in Downtown Montréal, 7.7%. Pours hazy amber with siry white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast and bready touches. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, offset by bitter, hoppy notes and touches of needles. Lingering, bitter aftertaste with mild citric notes. Rich body. Quite decent.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy pale straw with small white head. Clear aroma of grain and yeast, with some hoppy notes and touches of spice. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour,mwith bitter, hoppy notes and pronounces touches of coriander. Hints of pepper and fruit (orange peel?). Mild, estery and malty aftertaste with acidic hints. Quite good for the style and enjoyable as such, too.

Brown color with huge compact head. Strong aroma of marzipan, bourbon, dust. Too high carbonation, having a negative impact on the mouthfeel; dark caramel flavor, some malt, too much whiskey and boozy notes, maybe rye, and some liquorice.
Very messy; excessive; not bad, but very difficult to drink.

Bottle - Boozy sweet bourbon notes and toffee. Cloudy dark brown with a rich beige head. Boozy bourbon notes, no heat but also a bit one sided. Not bad, but a bit boring.
