A lightly hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma beautiful sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, light alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao and coriander, light esters, herbaceous hops, very nice and smooth, warming alcohol. On tap at Sherbrooke St location.

En fut à la brasserie. Aromes: Beaucoup de boisé et de fruits noirs dans le style pruneaux. L’aspect vinaigré ressort également beaucoup. Au goût on y perçoit des tons orangés, un peu de boisé mais beaucoup moins qu’en olfactif. L’acidité domine des tons de fruits aux notes de pruneaux, de fraise, de framboise et d’orange. On dirait presque des notes d’orangeade. Bonne complexité en bouche. Texture mince. J’aurais aimé retrouver le boisé de l’olfactif en bouche. Mais bon, quand même très acceptable.
