A lightly hazed brown ale with a thin lacing light moka head. Again, fresh mash aroma, yeast, light bananas and cream. In mouth, a nice grainy belgian ale with light herbal hops, very nice. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, March 27 2009.

A deep dark porter with a nice burgundy hue and a thin moke head. In aroma, fresh mash, light sweet chocolate and nutty notes. In mouth, a nice roasted malts, with light cold coffee, some nice English hops. Well balanced. Medium bodied, light for the style. On tap at brewpub, March 27 2009.

A nice mahoganny brown ale with a thin off white head. A nice aroma of cinamon, cloves and sweet candy sugar, intense. Light cinnamon and caramel malt, not too cloying, sustained nuttyness. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 2009.

A hazy golden ale with a thin white head. A pleasant pungeant aroma of coriander, ornages and spices. In mouth, a nice clove and banana, oily mouthfeel, very rich and smooth. good stuff. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 2009.

Dégustée en fût au brouepub. De couleur ambrée et claire. Nez de houblon herbeux aux notes florales et résineuses, moyen-léger fruité (agrumes), malté de grains de céréales avec de faibles notes de caramel. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-fort et une texture aux petites notes résineuses. Goût moyennement amer de houblon herbeux (herbes fraîches et mouillées) et aux notes résineuses/citriques (une amertume présente durant toute la gorgée) accompagné d’un moyen goût fruité (agrumes) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût malté de grains de céréales avec des notes de caramel puis en finale l’on assiste à un regain d’amertume de houblon plus herbeux avec de légères notes florales. Post-goût long-moyen et un peu sec, moyennement amer de houblon herbeux, légèrement floral et aux notes résineuses ainsi qu’avec un léger goût fruité (zest d’agrumes). (automne 2006)

Dégustée en fût au brouepub. De couleur ambrée-orange et claire. Nez malté de grains de céréales fraîches, léger de caramel doux et d’épices, légèrement fruité (agrumes) et léger de houblon herbeux aux notes florales. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-fort et une texture aux notes crémeuses et huileuses. Moyen-léger goût épicé accompagné d’un moyen goût fruité (agrumes) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût malté de grains de céréales, moyen de caramel (traces de butterscotch) avec des traces de pain puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon herbeux (quelques notes florales) ainsi que des petites notes de noix. Post-goût moyen, légèrement amer de houblon herbeux avec un petit goût fruité (zest d’agrumes). (automne 2006)

A hazy orange golden ale with a thin white head. A lightly Bretty aroma wheat, very restrained. In mouth, an herbal saison, light and smooth, wheat malt. Overall, a bit light. Festival Bières et Saveurs, August 29 2008.

A golden amber ale with a thick off white head. Wonderful resinous hops, floral, with citrus points. In mouth, a crisp hoppy ale with resinous hops, a bit of menthol, alcohol. Very nice. Tasted at Mondiale 2008, June 1 2008. 8-4-8-4-15
Anniversaire 2012: A hazed orange amber with a thin off white head. In aroma, a must sweet vinous malt with incense, orange pulp, a bit of sweat. In mouth, a pungent ale with dry crisp biscuit malt, roasted notes, piney and grassy, intense and bitter finale. 8-3-7-3-13.
