Description
DEYA Brewing Company is an independent brewery in Cheltenham, UK. We focus on hoppy beers, lagers, traditional UK styles and mixed fermentation ales. We strive to make world class beer.

Theo founded DEYA in 2015 having become obsessed with American beer and beer culture. In January 2016, Theo picked up the keys to a 4,000ft2 industrial unit in Cheltenham. Once the 10bbl brewery kit was installed, the burgeoning DEYA team dedicated themselves to producing the most delicious pale ales, IPAs and hoppy beers that they could. In 2017, following more national and international acclaim, brewing capacity is doubled with the addition of three 40HL fermentation vessels. In March 2018, a 1000 cans per hour canning line was purchased to complement the four new 40HL fermentation vessels that were to be added in October. This move takes capacity to 3,500HL. In 2019 year we are expanding into a new 25,000 sq/ft premises and installing a bespoke 40hl 4 vessel brewhouse allowing us to significantly increase capacity.

We take a holistic approach to business, striving to be the best employer we possibly can be, while operating in a fair, sustainable and human driven way.

On tap at Deya taproom Saturday 11th October 2025 in the company of Dad, Pauline, Scott, Mand' and Oscar. Pours dirty milky yellow with a soft creamy textured white head. Super soft and creamy mouthfeel, there's a peachiness to this, hoppiness is big, quite harsh at times but good, very fruity.

On tap at Deya taproom Saturday 11th October 2025 in the company of Dad, Pauline, Scott, Mand' and Oscar. Pours clear mid gold with a white head that's a clinger on the glass. Not sure if it is intentional or not but there is a slight hint of vinegar on the nose, only slight but it's there. Taste wise it's fine, nice mouthfeel, decent balance, very slight bitterness, light fruity edge. Good but was hoping for better.

Can at home from trembling madness. Pale and hazy to cloudy yellow golden. With a white head. Aroma and taste are peachy fruit and creamy to finish. Very smooth body.

On tap at Deya taproom Saturday 11th October 2025 in the company of Dad, Pauline, Scott, Mand' and Oscar. Pours murky yellow with a large soft creamy textured white head, I got Loz a pint by mistake 🤣. This is very nice, well balanced, fruity but there's a little ginger in the mouth, tasty fresh with a big hoppiness throughout, good.

On tap at Deya taproom Saturday 11th October 2025 in the company of Dad, Pauline, Scott, Mand' and Oscar. Pours murky milky yellow with a soft creamy textured white head. This is a big hitter but surprisingly easy drinking, juicy and with a hoppy streak that rips through, hoppy burps. Thick in the mouth and tropical fruit. Good.

OOn tap at Deya taproom Saturday 11th October 2025 in the company of Dad, Pauline, Scott, Mand' and Oscar. Another beer that pours murky dirty yellow with a creamy textured white head. There is a nice fruitiness to this, it's not necessarily pineapple though, actually maybe there's some pineapple cubes. Nice

On tap at Deya taproom Saturday 11th October 2025 in the company of Dad, Pauline, Scott, Mand' and Oscar. Pours murky dirty yellow with a creamy textured white head. Thick in the mouth and tropical fruit in abundance, but also a little peachy. Woah this is very hoppy, hoppy burps aplenty. Nice

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft creamy sweet malts, too sweet for my taste and with a touch of cereal in there. Soft pine hops, skunk that gets a little rubbery. Some juicy citrus and stone fruits on the back end along with a fair old hop spice nip. Hmm. For me, the malts are out of kilter here and skewing what would have otherwise been a decent brew.
