Description
DEYA Brewing Company is an independent brewery in Cheltenham, UK. We focus on hoppy beers, lagers, traditional UK styles and mixed fermentation ales. We strive to make world class beer.
Theo founded DEYA in 2015 having become obsessed with American beer and beer culture. In January 2016, Theo picked up the keys to a 4,000ft2 industrial unit in Cheltenham. Once the 10bbl brewery kit was installed, the burgeoning DEYA team dedicated themselves to producing the most delicious pale ales, IPAs and hoppy beers that they could. In 2017, following more national and international acclaim, brewing capacity is doubled with the addition of three 40HL fermentation vessels. In March 2018, a 1000 cans per hour canning line was purchased to complement the four new 40HL fermentation vessels that were to be added in October. This move takes capacity to 3,500HL. In 2019 year we are expanding into a new 25,000 sq/ft premises and installing a bespoke 40hl 4 vessel brewhouse allowing us to significantly increase capacity.
We take a holistic approach to business, striving to be the best employer we possibly can be, while operating in a fair, sustainable and human driven way.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso spettacolari note di frutta tropicale, mango, lime, passionfruit, ananas. In bocca è perfettamente equilibrata, attacco appena abboccato e chiusura amara media, secca e pulita, perfetta. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Ineccepibile.

I was offered a sample of this light coloured session brew, so who am I to refuse my server's hospitality. It felt like a very regular style easy textured brew, with permanency for the brewer in this respect. Mildly fruity.

Cardiff Mini-break Beer#16. Black in colour with a lighter-brown head. Although lighter in aroma, there's lots of chocolate in its taste, and within this crisp keg pour it really appeals, especially at its palatably-more strength.

Draft from Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a super fresh, somewhat light, smooth coconut, lime citrus, gooseberry, vinous, light dank, dry hop bitter palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
