Aroma: Fruity sweet berries with yeast. Flavour: Fruity sweet and lightly bitter with sour notes and yeast. Notes of caramel and berries. Aftertaste is sweet. Mouthfeel is slightly carbonated. Colour: Amber with a white head.

Light amber colour, hazy, large frothy head. Aroma is lots of passion fruit, a bit of alcohol. Light bitterness, light sweetness. A very different Rochefort. Very good!

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with lots of flecks floating beneath a thick white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of lemon and lemongrass. Flavour of grass, lemon sponge and salted melon. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. An accomplished Tripel (would expect nothing less from this brewery). It’s a touch sweet and the yeastie flecks are a bit off putting.

Very nice beer. Perhaps more sweet and less phenolic that many tripels. Easy drinking, super clean. Bold round body. Bierbaum Amsterdam

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Disig gyllengul vätska med mycket högt och stabilt vitt krämigt skum. Doft av säd, jäst och frukt. Stor och sammetslen kropp. Säd, särskilt vete men men en mjukhet som får mig att tänka att det finns lite havre i också. Aningen sötare och betydligt fruktigare än genomsnittet. Citrus, aprikos, gula plommon och sedan en tydligt markerad gräsig beska. Fint smakdjup och stor smakharmoni och samtidigt riktigt drickvänlig. Jag hade gärna druckit 2-3 stycken. En modern tolkning av stilen. Mycket mycket gott.

Interessante Interpretation, kommt gegen die Standard-Reihe nicht an - riecht irgendwie grasig, harzig. Dennoch prima trinkbar.

33 cl bottle @ olio, BBE 19.01.2023 Aroma has tart-ish lemon and some apricot. Flavour has rather strong and tart citrus tones with apricot. Also some soapy and perfume-like vibes. Dry finish. I like my tripels less citrusy and less tart.
