Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Disig gyllengul vätska med mycket högt och stabilt vitt krämigt skum. Doft av säd, jäst och frukt. Stor och sammetslen kropp. Säd, särskilt vete men men en mjukhet som får mig att tänka att det finns lite havre i också. Aningen sötare och betydligt fruktigare än genomsnittet. Citrus, aprikos, gula plommon och sedan en tydligt markerad gräsig beska. Fint smakdjup och stor smakharmoni och samtidigt riktigt drickvänlig. Jag hade gärna druckit 2-3 stycken. En modern tolkning av stilen. Mycket mycket gott.

Interessante Interpretation, kommt gegen die Standard-Reihe nicht an - riecht irgendwie grasig, harzig. Dennoch prima trinkbar.

33 cl bottle @ olio, BBE 19.01.2023 Aroma has tart-ish lemon and some apricot. Flavour has rather strong and tart citrus tones with apricot. Also some soapy and perfume-like vibes. Dry finish. I like my tripels less citrusy and less tart.

Bottle, I forget from where. Dark gold, massive airy head that really sticks around and looks fantastic. Spicy herbal nose, hints of orange peel, yeast notes. Flavor has complex brown sugar, fat yeast overtones, smooth rounded malty bread notes. Mouthfeel is full and the carbonation is magically effervescent. Great one, monks.

Bottle 33 cl. Hazy honey-golden, lush snow-white foam. Aroma: light, with a touch of spices, higher alcohols, a little orange peel, a little perfumery, a little apple and pear esters, a little apricot. Taste: sparkling, pleasant spice, coriander, pear, sparkling white wine, white bread, a little bit of orange and apricot, pleasant bitter finish, warming, good balanced, excellent triple.

Bottle, 8.1%. Good bready aroma, fresh baking yeast. Hazy golden colour. Big stable rocky white head. The flavour is malty with fresh hay and grain notes. Like freshly-baked white bread. Good.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with profuse, stable white head. Clear aroma of malt, with estery notes and mild touches of fruit and flowers. Bitter, hoppy flavour with floral and malty notes and touches of fruit and yeast. Malty and estery aftertaste with acidic touches. A good tripel. I was surprised to see it on sale in my local watering hole, as I thought the monks would not be willing to experiment.
