The change in the U.S. beer scene has undoubtedly been revolutionary. We are proud of what we have accomplished in our short time to become a leader and innovator in the industry. The evolving tastes of beer drinkers has demanded bigger flavors, more variety, and better beer. That’s exactly what we give you at Revolution Brewing. Between our brewery and our brewpub, we produce dozens of different beer styles every year. IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers — the list goes on!
Our brewery has been a labor of love. You can see it in everything we do, from the beautiful details of our mahogany bar at the brewpub, to the massive beauty of our eight 800 barrel fermenters at the brewery, to the commitment to quality in each beer that we put in a can or a keg. Revolution believes in the value of hard work. We work hard to provide great, accessible brews for everyday people. We have fun doing what we do and hope you have fun drinking our beers!

12oz can late night. brown pour dark hint of reddish hues. Nose is toffee and dried fruit and bourbon. Tatses of bourbony vanilla, date, red wine, figs, wood, soy sauce, cherry. Sweet finish. Boozy warmers.

Right. A lot more intense than Now. Sweetish, oaky, caramely and heavy with toffee, barrel, syrup, vanilla, figs, prunes and vinous notes. Complex slow sipper. Nice.

12oz can from Tavour. Dark brown pour, muddy, small bubbly head . Boozy aroma, bourbon, chocolate. Not getting many scotch ale notes due to the bourbon. Thick, heavy
I love the smell of barrel in the morning. LCI. Lots from all the barrel here, big boozy bournbon, red fruit and dried fruit, plus a touch of acidity from the red wine barrel. The horror… the horror.
Having a debate about booziness. At the ABV here, this is utterly insane. Pure chocolate chip cookie, molasses, barrel.

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of pine, alcohol, flowers, bread. Pours lightly hazy copper amber with a two finger beige head with excellent retention. Taste has a high pithy bitterness backed by some candy sweet malt. Velvety mouthfeel.

Taster from can. Just an impression, perhaps. None of the cherry flavor I thought I detected in my first glass so long ago. Greater emphasis on stout, just a slight warming alcohol.

I have a 12 oz can from Half Time, they were somewhat proud of it as I recall. No matter in the big picture, I appreciate a barrel aged imperial stout any time. A tulip glass from a Fort Worth brewery in front of me, I tilt the can into the glass. A dark mahogany body topped by a slender skim of dark tan foam that diminishes even more. A rich smell of bakers chocolate, roast and pecans. And then the taste, certainly a step up. Boozy to start with, chocolate, caramel, burnt grain, roast, strawberries, malt and barrel. Very tasty, very good, it was worth the price whatever I paid for it. A nice density too, quite full. The high ABV is there of course but it is well covered. My third high level imperial stout in a short period of time. That has not happened in some time, really good imperial stouts are getting more difficult to find.

Had this at Toronado. Chestnut brown, thick head. Big barrel, soft fruitiness, lots of tannins but the armangnac / cognac character shows through. Burly and refined at the same time.
