Can to lager glass.
Appearance: yellow to copper color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grassy to spicy to floral and light melon-like hops with a nice clean cracker maltiness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a sweet to spicy sort of way; finishes crisp with the crackery malts and floral hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; very smooth along the tongue with a touch of dryness
Overall: pretty good German pilsener I would return to.

Appearance: golden yellow color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light pomme-like fruits, subtle spicy yeast and light white grape notes, and subtle grassy tones; slight bready malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine semi-spicy to pomme-like fruity sweet quality; finishes semi-spicy with grassy and a kiss of lemon juice
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; good smoothness along the tongue; good dryness along the tongue
Overall: I say a nicely done Patersbier worthy coming back to and I bet would go get with some lobster tails!

Appearance: copper in color with a two finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then left some light wispy lace
Aroma: funky, basement-y, oak-barrel yet bright then slight Brett and semi-floral to grassy character all wrapping up in a fine quality
Flavor: takes the prior noted aromas to mix it on up then a subtle tangerine to clementine like taste comes in to add to the blend; finishes funky, grassy and tangerine-like
Texture: medium bodied, leaning into being a sipper with a fine semi-smooth tone as the Brett seems so faded here; semi-dry along the tongue
Overall: nicely done saison even if the Brett doesn't come out as much I had hoped for.

Aroma: sweet and sour tones of various cherries, good tart backing, lime and lemon tartness; subtle funk and earthy character down in there
Flavor: semi-sweet with a great sour and funky character rising while blending all the prior noted aromas; finishes sour to tart with the cherries and a light lemony note
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some dryness with some tart to sour assertiveness
Overall: nicely done sour/wild ale with a ton going on with this one!

Aroma: lemongrass; herbal to citrusy hop toned; apricots and mangoes; light clean biscuity malty underneath
Flavor: takes the prior noted aromas to blend to a fine bittersweet tone; finishes semi-herbal to apricot and a light citrusy vibe
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; smooth along the tongue, low hop bitterness
Overall: I say a nicely done TIPA I would have again.

Overall: I liked this one for me and there's a ton of character going on with this beer.

Appearance: jet black in the pour and was jet black in the glass with a finger and a half of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet coffee, roasted coffee, nice level of cacao, dark chocolate-ish and a nice level of vanilla
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to roasty and toasty quality; finishes with the dark chocolate and vanilla notes
Texture: medium bodied - maybe a touch under with a light sipping sort of aspect to this; some smoothness but also a lingering dryness
Overall: I say a very nicely done impy stout worthy of coming back to.

Aroma: peachy to apricot-like tones up front with some citrusy and grassy tones in the middle then a funky to sour vibe rolling in from underneath and fully blending
Flavor: sour and tart in the front combining the prior noted aromas to a fine quality; finishes semi-peachy and apricot-like with ample tart and sour vibes
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; the sour and tart character does act fairly assertive towards the tongue, good dry hopping quality here
Overall: a dry hopped sour ale I would very much welcome again.

Aroma: light tones of grassy to floral to earthy hops with a clean cracker malt base
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet quality; finishes semi-floral to grassy hopped with the clean malts
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium, very sessionable; sturdy smoothness along the tongue with a hint of dryness.
Overall: a very nicely done German pilsener I would welcome again.
