A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet matly with light wheaty notes as well as notes of bananas. The flavor is sweet again with notes of banana and wheat.

Bottle(From Landbierdealer): Hazy, brownish-amber coloured, medium-sized, rather stable off-white head; fruity-wheaty (bananas and citrus-fruit) and caramelly aroma with a light acidity; medium bodied, moderate sweetish (malty) flavour, soft MF, demi-sec malty-fruity finish with a late illusion of bitterness. All in all a satisfying Dunkelweizen......

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a cloudy, pilsener golden with a small, dense, white head. Lightly sweet banana aroma. Medium-bodied with distinct banana notes and a touch of yeast. Soft, smooth and pleasant. 210906

Bottle: Golöden, slightly hazy coloured, mid-sized fluffy white head, slowly diminishing; bananas, cloves, yeast and a faint touch of sweet malts in the nose; slightly sweetish flavour, a bit sourish; a distinctive tinge of citrus in the short bitter-sweet finish; well rounded, refreshing !

(bottle, as Löwenbräu Buttenheim Weissbier) Slightly hazy yellow colour with a big foamy white head. Banana fruity aroma with wheat-malts and yeasts and a light sour note. Rather light body, slightly sweet flavour, very fruity taste with banana and pine apple, wheat malty, yeasty and fruity finish with medium length, slightly clove spicy. Refreshing (even in winter) and well-made slim Weizen.

Fresh, quite citric nose which also includes some sharp phenolic yeast notes. Muddled yellow color with a lowish lacing head. Lemon-flavors, which together with a fizzy mouthfeel and light body almost gives it a lemonade touch. A fine whit-bread baseline and a nice almond aftertaste saves it though.
