Can. Nose is cinnamon, chocolate, graham crackers, butter-cream. Muddy brown and fizzy--the carbonation is high. Dry, thin, fizzy.

Draft. A- Mild lime, tropical fruits. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Mild citrus, subtle soap. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Pretty light overall. Knowing the story behind the name and the diss towards Nickleback, I would have guessed it was named that because it's a generic-ish IPA that tastes like all the others, you know...kinda like how every Nickleback song sounds the same and pleases the masses but it's that great. Nice citrus flavor but otherwise pretty okay.

Draft. A- Mild soap, lemon. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Lemon soap. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Okay IPA. Nothing special. After seeing the description of spearmint and pineapple, I do get that just in a soapy vibe. Decent but I miss the days of their Inverted Galaxy the most.

Draft. A- Lemon, lime. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Key limes. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, artificial finish. O- It almost feels like White Elm tried to please a large crowd with this one. A hazy IPA with a lot of citrus. So much lime it resembles a fruit shandy. Not my thing but I suppose some will enjoy it.

Draft. A- Blueberry muffins. A- Pink color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Blueberry muffins. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- When they call this liquid blueberry muffins they mean it. Doesn't take artificial or too sweet. Nothing else to add really. It's really a liquid muffin.

Can. A- Marshmallow, vanilla, burnt sugar, chocolate, mild whisky. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Chocolate, vanilla pudding, burnt sugar, mild whisky. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Thanks so much to Kory the owner/head brewer for giving us this treat before it was even released. The creme brulee was a great beer but I knew that it had the potential to be even better. This did it. Outstanding stuff. Not too hot or boozy, just smooth. Wish I could have more as I had to DD and only got a small pour. Nice.

Draft. A- Spice, mild bubblegum, banana. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Banana, spices, soft gum, mild plastic. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, yeasty finish. O- Definitely a lot of Belgian influence in here. Lots of bread dough and grains. Perhaps one of my least favorite brews here but only because I know what they are capable of and this just seems to simple.
