Draft. A- Cinnamon, mild chocolate. A- Black color, black liquid, light brown head. T- Cinnamon, cocoa, mild chilies, mild vanilla. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- The cinnamon overtakes everything and I do wish it was lighter to allow other flavors to shine but that said, it's still an outstanding brew.

Draft. A- Banana, spice. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Mild booze, spices, clove, banana. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, boozy finish. O- This beer does what it's suppose to but personally not a fan. Pretty boozy.

Can. A- Booze, maple. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Maple, chocolate, whisky. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, strong finish. O- This is a huge beer. After 6 months of age, I think it could still use another year or two. Nice as it but be ready for an in your face beer. The booze is much stronger on the nose than palate. Think I might actually like year one better than year two. Coffee is barely there.

Can. I wish I had more of this! Apple brandy and cinnamon over chocolate. Flavor is rich and decadent with the barrel enhancing an already wonder base imperial stout. Thick body with a mild warming after the sip. It drinks big because it is big. Whoa!!!

O- The apple brandy here does not add only booze but rather a complex apple touch. Combined with the cinnamon this makes for a hot apple cider or apple jacks like flavor. The chilies are hardly noticeable and the vanilla is fairly minimal too. Really outstanding and I can't wait for a can of this from a friend. I want so much more.

Can thanks to Tim. Pours a very dark brown with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is vanilla, cocoa, roast. Slick body, roast, cocoa, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

Shared during the 2019 dsm/oma untappd summer gathering. Can-lt brown-black with sheeting. Lots of chocolate, apples, vanilla. T-follows with a bit of heat at the end.

Aroma is a crazy amount of marshmallow. Melted marshmallow over chocolate. Wow! The flavor is a mixture of chocolate, roast and lingering marshmallows. I love sweet imperial stouts. This rides the line of cloying. I could smell it all day but 4 oz. was enough to drink. It is a beast!

Aroma is all Key Lime. Flavor is spot on for the style; vanilla, lime, sugar. Creamy mouthfeel. For the trendy style, the brewer created what all the kids like to drink. Not my thing but brewed to specification.

Aroma has subtle earthy pine, weed and a touch of straw. This isn’t just varieties of pine. It also shows the Nelson hop quite well. Straw, white grape, and a touch of malt. Extremely well balanced with a low bitterness.
