Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of powdered ginger. Taste is ginger, light sweet. Spicy finish. Too much ginger for me, would prefer a more subtle spicing.

Bottle thanks to jeevan. Pours murky red brown with a thin beige head, some floaters. Aromas of caramel, red apple. Taste is bitter up front, then malty sweet, more red apple. Bitter finish. Unusual. Long bitter linger, bit too bitter.

Cloudy orange beer with an off-white head and a resinous citrus smell. There was a lot of sediment which I decided to leave in the bottle. Flavour is bitter orange, earthy hops. A hearty, balanced beer.

Bottle. Murky amber/brown body with a thick beige head. Lively carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of nuts, lightly roasted malt, bran flakes and a hint of chocolate. Flavour of toffee, wood and earthy hops with a dry finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. A solid beer. I think it would be even better on cask.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden/amber body with a fluffy off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of ginger beer, grated carrot and and copper. Flavour of watery ginger, spices and cherry tomato. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Fizzy. Thin with a big ginger hit. I think a stronger version of this would better support the ginger flavour.
