La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nebbioso. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, biscotto, frutta secca, arrostito, resina e terra.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pesantemente amaro. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano indizi di miele, cioccolato fondente, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo, resina e agrumi.

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy dark orange color with white head. Aroma is orange juice, toffee, toasted malts, melanoidin-like, a touch tropical fruit hopping, lemon. Taste is caramel, chocolate, black breadcrust malts, orange nectar, a touch maracuja, bitter finish, minty. Velvety mouthfeel with a smooth and soft carbonation. Decent, though I am not sure it improves the old recipe - the maltiness does not really work together with the sweet hops, it's a bit too much of everything.

Bottle with Kombucha action, danke Anstei. Murky orange brown, big offwhite cream. Citrus, lemon, creamy cheese, lychee. Medium light, very dry grassy hops, melanoidin, lemon cheesecake, Juice and roasted spicy caramel, minty, a bit like brushing your teeth at the wrong time. Tropical finish. A bit muddled.

Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, luppolo, resina, agrumi, frutta secca e pompelmo.

Bottle, courtesy of Marco. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is green coffee beans, purely. Well, light roasted notes. Body is light and watery, a tad bitter and really mostly coffee beans, with lively carbonation. Dryish and watery. Quite good, yet a bit one dimensional.

Bottle, courtesy of Marco. Pours unclear amber with a decent head. Aroma is lots of citric hops, mango, some grapefruit and other stone fruit. Body is medium but chewy, lively carbonation, decently sweet and bitter. Fruity and refreshing. Just a tad too bitter, otherwise a really good classic IPA.
