25cl bottle from Sainsburys. Light golden colour, white head. Aroma is soft malty, citric hops. Flavour is malty, some fruits, hints of paper. Slightly sweet finish.

20th October 2010. Bottle in the Rake courtesy of Rich & Glynn - Cheers Guys! br> Clear light brown beer, short lived white head. Typical malt - lager nose but mercifully free of the mass produced metallic tang. Light semi dry and semi soft palate. Sweetish malt, a little effervescent fruit. A whisper of marmite. Creamier malt finish with a little sweet orange and minerals. Looks a tad pale for a Dark Lager but not bad.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, paper, moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Hazy pale yellow with a huge off white head. Yeasty nose with wheat and banana. Flavor had yeast, wheat and bananas. Finished dry.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and mild spiced to a wheaty background. Citric, spiced and wheaty. Subdued estery - rather phenolic. Ends dry and citric.

50cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. A typical looking European lager, straw in colour with a fast fading white head leaving some light carbonation; however the nose and taste reveals lemony citrus flavours that make this very palatable. A good attempt at "real lager".

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat, coriander, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, straw, and dusty hops, leading to a dry dusty finish.

On tap, keg at The Jam Factory, Oxford 02.09.10 Pours straw colour, with a busy white head. Little bit sweet and it had a touch of plasticyness, actually to be fair this soon diminishes, very pleasant reasonable bitterness, it’s fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
