On tap. Pours a clear gold with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pine and citrus rind with a hint of grass and some sweet grains backing. Flavor has more pine coming through supported by grass, light citrus and a sweet grain backbone.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits clear gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up pineapple, bread dough, apricot. The taste delivers similar notes of soft pineapple juicy sweetness followed closely by stone fruit like hoppiness. Nice easy drinking IPA with a mild to moderate degree of hop bitterness.

Got in a trade with AZBeerDude72. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/2/2019. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, onion, mint, black tea, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Minimal booze in the aromas as it warms. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, honey, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, onion, mint, black tea, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, onion, mint, black tea, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, honey, and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild warmth of 9.6% after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic DIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, honey, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft, and not overly aggressive. Fantastic Apollo, Simcoe, Amarillo, Pahto, Calypso profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with nice sized honey and bready pale/Munich malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Not overly sweet/heavy for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding West Coast style example.
