Poured up on tap at Ermanos craft beer where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a near white head that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The aroma offers up sweet sugary malts,a pear note,yeastiness and a faint spiciness. The taste delivers smooth soft sugary malty sweetness, some spicy saison notes and then vague hop bitterness. Toward the finish a pleasing cracker like maltiness comes to the surface. Pretty nice but a little on the sweet side.

Tap. Pours hazy orange, small beige head, great lacing. Aroma is dank, tropical, passionfruit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, a bit watery. Light plus body.

Tap. Pours opaque black, small creamy tan head, great lacing. Aroma is bourbon, cocoa, hints of anise, vanilla. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, fairly strong barrel presence, but in the end well integrated. Full body, a bit of heat. Pretty nice effort.

Tap. Pours clear golden, small off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is super dank, pot and more pot. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, super dank. My buddy calls it skunk butt, but I call it sublime. Medium body.

Tap. Pours clear chestnut, small creamy beige head, great lacing. Aroma is roasty, a bit Bready, hints of tobacco. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter, roasty, Bready. Light plus body. Simple but satisfying

Tap. Pours deep black, small beige creamy head, nice lacing. Aroma of dank grapefruit roastiness. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, right mix of dank and roasty. Medium body. Nice.

Tap. Pours quite hazy hazel, medium beige head, nice lacing. Aroma is wheat, cloves, bubblegum, light Bready roasty. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitter. Light plus body. Solid Dunkel Weiss.

Draught at the brewery as part of a sampler. Hazy pink with almost no white head. Looks like a puree. Very sweet from the prickly pear, although some of the salt shows itself and there is a fresh tartness to this beer. At the end of the day, but prickly pear flavor was too much to get past.

Part of a sampler at the brewery. This was my favorite of the 6 beers I tried. Overt topics and slight littler box. Moderate pine supports well. Clear with full white head.

Taster at Dragoon in Tucson. In between a wedding and the reception and a nice stop. This beer exibited pleasing tartness. Was hazy yellow with full white head.
