On tap at Akkurat. Dark red with a small head. Tart with cherries, oak and hints of citrus. Fairly soft and easy to drink.

750ml bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear red - purple with a lasting off - white head. The aroma is all about that funky brett upfront, barnyard action, tangy berry action, blueberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, hay, haylage, oak, sherbet, sour candy and some jamminess. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, bright sherbet character, refreshers, zingy, blackberry, blackcurrant, jammy, light acidity, funk and some dry oak with a puckering sherbet berry finish. Medium body and moderate+ carbonation. Bright, fruity and funky. Lovely balance to it. Very moreish.

375ml bottle. Pours hazy orange gold with a medium head. Aroma is sharp and sour cheesy lemonade. Taste has sour cheesy lemonade throughout with a sour finish.

375ml bottle from the Offie, Leicester and drunk at home. Light golden, slightly hazy with a large rocky white head. Lime zest aroma with light funk. Gently tart with a sweetness behind it near the finish. Carbonation is pretty extreme - so much so that it interferes with my enjoyment of the beer. A very nice beer but not a top gueuze for me.

75cl bottle (bottled 06/20) from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: huge, pink, good retention. C: deep red, hazy. A: light sour fruity, funky, brett, black currants, bit red berries, woody. T: sour fruity, sour black currants, bit sour cherries, woody, brett, lemon touch, bit puckering, blackberries, soft carbonation, very refreshing with full fruity feeling, fully enjoyed.

Soft-pink head, rather stable, over orange-pink beer. Barnyard/ fruitjumble. Lactic acid, horseblanket, immortelles. Sourish, lactic-lemony, red & pink fruit and berries. Barnyard, horseblanket if very mild in the mouth. Some sulphur, certainly warming up. Serious acidthinning and -burn. Good, spritzy carbonation. Fine fruitlambic with delicate flavours.
