Hazy orangish red, light pink head. Aroma: Funky, fruity red berries and raspberry. Taste: Nice amount of farmyard wild yeast funk, wood, clearly present yet quite subtle red fruit like red berries, raspberry and hints of strawberry. Some hay and wheat malt. Dry mouthfeel. Moderate to over moderate tart, light to moderate bitterness. Light sweetness. Nice one.

Väga marjane, mahlane, nats mõrkjas. Karbunn on mõnsa. Hapusus on samas ühekülgne: nagu värsket väga haput mahla jooks. Normaalsed inimesed lahjendaks seda veega, et saada umbes paraja hapususega morss. Üldiselt muidu siiski kokku täitsa ok mahl. 3.6

Bottle. Etre. Deep pink. Soft haze. Thin and lasting, pale pink head. Nose has Longley Farm blackcurrant yoghurt. Soft, new suede. Fruity brett. Tinned strawberry. Taste is a little tart and sharp. Decent fruit sweetness. Smooth mouthfeel. A tad thin, maybe. Has a soda water thing going on. Fine and foamy carbonation. Light tart finish.

75cl bottle – Poured a rich cherry red colour with an average sized, lasting, fine pink head. The aroma is tart fruit, cherries, green apples and funk. A crisp, dry fruity sour taste, green apple, sour cherry, light woody flavours with a dry, tart fruity finish.

Bottle: Poured a bright red color lambic with a large pink foamy head with light retention and light lacing. Aroma of strong cherry notes with some tart notes and light funky notes. Taste is also dominated by huge cherry notes with some tart notes and light funky notes with light acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Huge amount of cherries and very refreshing and enjoyable with right amount of complexity.

8-4-8-4-16 Bottle, 6,2% ABV, nine months after bottling. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart with hay and bretty notes of berries, fruit peel, apples and notes of citrus, as funky notes, barnyard and wooden notes. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay and fruity brett with grapes, berries, apples and lemony notes, as well as grassy notes, barnyard and wooden barrels. Not too complex, but enjoyable and very quaffable.

Bottle @ Belgium. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Crisp and dry. Citrus and barnyard. Refreshing and very easy to drink. Lovely.
