Hier brouwen we onze eigen lambieken op traditionele wijze en laten deze spontaan vergisten en rijpen op Franse eikenhouten vaten.
Van deze lambieken van verschillende jaargangen vervaardigen we de
"Oude Geuze Brett-Elle"

750ml bottle. Smooth, carbonated and fizzy with some grapes, vinous notes and funky farmyardy yeastiness, mild sourness. Okay.

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks for this. Flavor of diaper, dust, plastic? Lemon rind notes. Old wet oak. No refined at all, nice attempt. Well....ummm not my thing at all.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20201114) The beer poured ruby red and clear. Its head was medium sized and lightly pink. Aroma had tartness, wood and cherries. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, wood, cherries, cinnamon, sourness and bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, tartness, cherries and bitterness. A delicious and complex tart brew with strong notes of cherries.

(Bottle, 0.375 l - bottled 04/2020, from Alko, 20201113) The beer poured deep red and clear. Its head was medium sized and pink. Aroma had cherries, wood and sourness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were cherries, tartness, sourness, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, woody and bitter. A pleasant tart brew with sharp notes of cherries.

75cl bottle (6,2%, bottled 04/2020) from Cora in Brussels. F: big, white, almost good retention. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: light sour fruity, horse blanket, lemon peels, bit spicy, sour apples, bit woody. T: medium body, light sour fruity, green gooseberries, bit lemon, mineral touch, peach, funky, bit brett, medium to high carbonation, very nice balanced for the style, fully enjoyed.

On tap at Valhalla, Zagreb. Purple with pinkish head. Juicy, cherries, medium+ sourness. Moderate carbo. Bit watery. No complexity, but super juicy.
