Bottled 750ml. -Hazy yellow coloured, small to medium sized white head, light citrus and fart in the nose. Light vanilla, brett, heavy carbonation and some citrus with tart finish. Not the bet I've tried but drinkable.

Bottle shared in Watford - big thanks to Colin. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Lightly sweet, clean funk, quenching citric notes, lemony bite, grass. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, lemony tartness, modest grassy notes. Outstanding.

Can shared at the 2nd Watford tasting. Thanks to Colin for this one. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white frorhy white head. Aroma is nice, nice earthy mushroom, lemon, brett, hint of lacto. Flavour is composed of tart, light wheat, lemon juice, spicy, mellow funk, little horsey funk.. Pretty nicely done. Great to taste a new Belgian lambic producer. Orange and lemon. Golden pour with good head. On the acidic side. Buddha fingers. Nice. Bottle thanks to beastiefan.
